challenge & Solution
Fysios is a leading Finnish physiotherapy company, with a team of over 600 highly skilled professionals across 100 offices throughout the country. Fysio's mission is to promote healthier lifestyles for all through accessible and personalized physiotherapy, delivered in a genuine and human-centered manner.
When Fysios approached Agency Leroy, the business was flourishing. However, Fysios recognized that to reach new heights of success and create a deeper connection with the customers, they needed to elevate their offerings. The goal was to provide more accessible professional support for customers, increase bookings and recurring sales, and strengthen the presence of the Fysios brand in customers' healthcare journeys, all while staying true to the company's mission of providing a genuine and human approach.
After an initial phase of learning and exploration, during which the team shared insights and aligned on the same expectations, I consolidated the generated ideas into wireframes and high-fidelity prototypes. I then conducted usability tests to gain insights, confirm, and improve the design.
As the final touch, I took the well-known brand identity of Fysios and added a modern and clean accent to the colors and UI elements. The simplicity of the lines and the softness of the elements created a clean and friendly feeling, while the colors and typefaces were chosen to evoke a sense of familiarity with the brand.
As result, a solid app, easy to use and to approach, was created and delivered to the client.
