challenge & Solution
Bezala is an automated expense claim app that just with a snap, describe, and send put the suffering of expense management to an end.
Following the successful creation and launch of the Bezala app MVP, the team sought assistance in taking the app to the next level with further improvements.
Upon initial examination of the Bezala app and consultation with the client regarding user feedback, it became clear that certain user flows and layouts needed simplification and redesign to enhance the app's appeal and increase the audience's trust in the Bezala brand.
The redesign process kicked off with a learning and refining phase, utilizing user personas and journey mapping to gain a clear understanding of the existing app and identify areas for improvement. I then moved on to the visual design. The simplicity of the lines and the versatility of the typeface on digital screens create a clean and friendly perception. The choice to use green as the main brand color is based on its ability to evoke emotions such as growth, rest, and security.
As a result, a more useful, usable, and desirable app was delivered to the client that together with an awareness campaign enabled a growth in customer base from 500 to 5000 daily users in the first three months.
